These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Meridian CRM workspace platform. By signing in you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.
Access is provided to authorized users of a licensed workspace. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify your administrator of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with service integrity, or use the service in violation of applicable law or the policies of your organization.
We aim to keep the service available but do not warrant uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect availability.
Use of data within the workspace is governed by the agreements of your organization and our Privacy Policy. Administrators control provisioning and de-provisioning of user access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and liability is limited as set out in the master agreement of your organization.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
